Thrift shop frames

I spied these hideous frames at a local thrift shop over the holidays and immediately snatched them up. I'm certain that if anyone saw how quickly and happily I snatched them up, they were questioning my sanity. That's ok, I knew they could be saved.

(The napkins were another find that made it in to the picture...Pier 1 sale less than a buck a piece)

A little bit of spray paint, some scrapbooking paper, some hot glue, ribbon and a couple of skeleton keys later, and my new shelf has company!
