Last week I posted several Valentine's Day crafts that I wanted to do from BHG. I wasn't really digging the ribbon threading on the heart garland so I decided to use some of the ribbon scraps I had in my ribbon box and do something a little different. (I can't tell you how many times I've considered throwing these scraps out, but just can't bring myself to do it. I was glad to give them a purpose, although I now have validated my tendency to hold on to EVERYTHING craft related.)
So, all I did here was draw a heart and used it as a template, cut them all out and used my hot glue gun to attach the ribbon. All that's left is to tie the ribbons! I found the letter stickers at Target in the dollar spot. My total cost was about $2.16. I could have gone all out and used wooden hearts or chipboard and added some elements to the hearts, but I decided to go with quick and simple.
How cute! I love Valentine's Decor.
